FIBICO internal reporting service
In accordance with article 13.1 of Law 2/2023 of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption, all entities that make up the public sector are required to have an internal reporting system under the terms set out in that law, through which public employees and any other person working for or under the supervision and direction of contractors, subcontractors and suppliers may report infringements safely and confidentially.
You may report any of the following actions or omissions:
A) Those that may constitute infringements of European Union law, provided they relate to acts listed in Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of 23 October; affect the financial interests of the European Union or impact the internal market, including infringements relating to competition and State aid.
B) Those that may constitute criminal offences or serious or very serious administrative infringements, including those involving financial harm to the Public Treasury or to the Social Security system.
Reports will be supervised by the System Officer and investigated, where appropriate, by said officer under the protocol established and approved by the FIBICO Board of Trustees on 1 December 2023.
Persons who report infringements through this internal reporting system may not be subject to retaliation or threats of retaliation and shall be entitled to access the protection measures set out in Title VII of the law.
